Our handmade chocolates

Our range of handmade chocolates are all produced in small batches using fresh quality ingredients. As a guide, they will keep 2-3 weeks if stored in a cool, dry place - ideally between 12 and 18 degrees. When we deliver your order we will include a suggested best before date.


We make up our boxes to order so if you have a request for a specific flavour from the range just let us know in the comments box when you get to the checkout. 70% dark chocolate shell filled with a Kirsch soaked cherry in a dark cherry ganache.

Smooth chocolate ganache on a crispy base with feuilletine wafers and hazelnut.

Lemon Bonbon

Fresh lemon and white chocolate ganache with a 70% dark chocolate base

Toasted pecans in a crunchy praline with 70% dark chocolate

Salted Caramel

Classic smooth caramel with a hint of Brittany sea salt. Milk or dark.

Buttery white chocolate ganache infused with vanilla.

A dark chocolate ganache with apple brandy, topped with apple caramel in a dark chocolate shell.

Butter Caramel

A hard caramel made with unsalted Normandy butter, infused with vanilla.

Cherry Marzipan (n)

A layer of handmade marzipan topped with a dark cherry pâte de fruit.

Dark coffee ganache enrobed in dark chocolate.

Fresh Mint Ganache (ve)

A 60% dark chocolate ganache made with a fresh garden mint infusion.

Ginger Heart (ve)

Solid 70 percent dark chocolate heart with crystallized ginger.

Hazelnut Praline (n/g)

Crunchy hazelnut praline with 45% milk chocolate.

Marzipan (n)

Almond paste with a hint of rose water, enrobed in 70% dark chocolate.

Orange and Chilli (ve)

A dark chocolate ganache with fresh orange zest, infused with chilli.

Raspberry Truffle

Dark chocolate truffle with fresh raspberries coated in dark chocolate with raspberry decoration.

Milk chocolate sesame and almond praline with toasted sesame seeds.
