75% dark chocolate shell filled with a Kirsch soaked cherry in a dark cherry ganache.

 A water ganache made with a rich espresso, which has hints of nutmeg, and 66% dark chocolate.

Gin and Lemon (a)

White chocolate ganache with gin and fresh lemon zest.

Hazelnut Caramel (n)

Whole toasted hazelnut in soft caramel with a hint of Brittany sea salt, enrobed in milk chocolate.

Honeycomb Crunch

Solid milk chocolate with crunchy handmade honeycomb pieces.
